Sharing Good Recipes: Pizza Casserole

Pizza Casserole

This is a dish that I actually made last week, but I wanted to wait and feature it this week because last week was the Fourth of July and I had to made the Pasta Salad and No Bake Cheesecake.  This recipe was given to me by a friend and reader, Deouin.  Again, this dish is extremely easy to make, but tasted really good.  It was such a large casserole that we ate leftovers several times which is another huge plus when you have a big family. 

Pizza Casserole
1 lb beef
1 lb sausage
1 lg green bell pepper diced
1 Jar sliced mushrooms
1 lg bag pepperoni
1/2 box elbow macaroni noodles
2 jars pizza sauce
1 lg bag mozzarella cheese
brown sausage and beef together drain grease
boil noodles until tender drain water
Then in a lg casserole dish add all ingredients (except cheese) mix well
together. Top with mozzarella cook until cheese is melted (around
20 minutes or so Bake @350 

My husband suggested adding black olives and onions next time and I probably will because that will probably taste great too.
