Sharing Good Recipes: Buffalo Chicken Dip

If you like Buffalo Chicken Wings then you are going to LOVE this recipe.  My friend Teri, who blogs over at PharmVille, brought this dish to a Fourth of July pool party and it was a huge hit.  It tastes delicious and my whole family loves it.  I craved it so much that finally I just had to make it myself.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

4 lg. cans of chicken (drained)
1 reg. bottle of Franks Hot sauce
2 8oz. pkg. of cream cheese
1 reg. bottle of ranch or blue cheese dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
sliced jalapeno peppers
chopped celery

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix together chicken and hot sauce and place in bottom of baking dish.  Melt cream cheese and dressing together then pour oven chicken.  Bake for 20 min. then top with shredded cheese, jalapenos and celery.  Return to oven until the cheese has melted.

I left out the celery because my family does not like it.  I served it along side Tostito chips and Black bean salad.  It was a delicious meal!
